Brendan Beachler joined Duda|Paine Architects in 2007 and has worked on a variety of projects in all phases of design, including client presentations through construction documentation. He has significant experience and skill in design team leadership through his involvement in academic and institutional projects such as: The Discovery Center at the NC School of Science and Mathematics, the Bullis School Master Plan and the Bullis School STEM Building.

Brendan’s professional expertise is digital modeling, utilizing BIM technology through REVIT™ software. His ability to effectively render architectural concepts in three-dimensions, coordinate structural and mechanical systems and document technical details is an important contribution to the team. In addition, Brendan’s aptitude for clear communication has proven to be an invaluable educational tool in translating important information and methodologies to design team members, project consultants and maintenance staff at institutional facilities.
