Mahta’s brings international experience and passion for sustainability and civic responsibility to Duda|Paine’s design process. Her project work includes university, corporate headquarters and skyscraper projects.


Favorite Duda|Paine project?

Talley Student Union, because I have a lot of good memories of the building from my time at NC State.


What aspects of your job are you the most interested in?

The beginning of design and the act of discovering and trying out different solutions.

Being able to work with communities and make a positive impact in people’s life.

Working with models and creating beautiful objects.

Advocating for sustainability and public interest design.
