Favorite Duda|Paine project?
I’ve spent a lot of time in Raleigh’s Warehouse District as it’s been growing and developing. The Dillon adds things like retail and dining that will really allow the district to reach its full potential.
What aspect of your job most motivates you?
Using design to shape how we experience places and spaces.
Anything else you’d like to share?
I’m a serial DIY-er. I love to learn how to make useful things and things that broaden my understanding of materials and technique. Figuring out how to make something is so much more exciting than buying it and gives me the opportunity to tailor things to meet my needs.
