Favorite Duda|Paine project?

I appreciate the Dillon Supply project because it has played a huge part in revitalizing the Warehouse District in downtown Raleigh. The design celebrates the industrial legacy of the site by integrating the historic warehouse wall and steel structure. These elements give the building a strong identity and contribute to the overall monumentality of the space. I admire the sensitivity and thoughtfulness of these gestures. I view this project as a catalyst for urban growth and development within the city.
