Client satisfaction is a prime motivator for Scott and inspires his continued growth and development as an architect.
What attracted you to the architectural/design field?
It’s the perfect application of the two things I am passionate about: rationality and art. Originally, I was enticed by the craft of making things. The longer I work in the field, the more I gain satisfaction from working with a particular client and helping them realize a specific dream or vision.
Anything you’d like to share?
The greatest asset I can bring to a team or project are the things I have learned working and living abroad. I tend to think a person’s experiences in life can have a great impact on their approach to architecture. My career has not followed an entirely linear path, and the experiences I’ve had along the way genuinely inform taking a unique approach to each project.
