A vision for signature architecture defines the first new office building in seven years for an established central urban destination district in Dallas. The sleek glass office tower is composed of simple sloping forms that provide an exciting, changing profile that can be seen from every approach, including two major highway corridors.
The design increases the area’s density and diversity, while enhancing the pedestrian experience through the widening of sidewalks and the inclusion of a mixture of site and building elements to create a more animated street level experience, architectural character and human scale. The tower’s unique, angled design and sleek glass cladding infuse a sense of new energy and awareness into the renaissance occurring at Victory Park. The project brings together office and retail space with entertainment and sports venues and a natural science museum, all linked to existing public transportation lines.
