The Advance Auto Parts Tower establishes a strong aesthetic for the flourishing North Hills mixed-use district. The tower joins Duda|Paine’s Bank of America Tower as it expands the complex of buildings that anchor Raleigh’s new midtown. The new 20-story building aids in the integration of office environments into the district’s unique combination of live, shop, play and stay venues.

The design’s striking glass geometry comprises 11 levels of open office space with an amenity level that is inspired by a growing demand for innovative office spaces that feel warm and inviting. The spaces achieve this ambiance through the use of walnut, art glass and polished concrete. A generous ground floor entry plaza with retail suites is connected to the active retail community of North Hills, strengthening a developing shopping center. Its eight levels of parking are screened to unify the prominent site, which marks the intersection of Raleigh’s I-440 Beltline and Six Forks Road.
