Insight Global headquarters twelve24 office building

This curving glass tower adds new, transit-oriented office, retail and restaurant space adjacent to Perimeter Mall and the Dunwoody MARTA Station in Atlanta. With 16 stories of office space and ground-floor retail and restaurants, the project activates the 4-acre site along busy Hammond Drive. The design features large, open and flexible floor plates bounded by floor-to-ceiling glass, extensive outdoor terraces within tenant spaces, and a sky-terrace adjacent to the building’s common areas.

Twelve24 is part of an initiative to create a more urban, mixed-use community with mass-transit at its heart. Elevated walkways allow pedestrians easy access between the building, the MARTA Station and a new hotel. The project is the new headquarters for Insight Global and houses nearly 1,100 office workers in an environment configured to foster connectivity, collaboration and innovation.
