10 Terminus Place, the residential component of the mixed-use master plan, is framed between Terminus 100 and 200 and rises 31 stories above the street. 155 Units sit atop the base of a shared parking garage and look down on an urban roof-deck; designed as an amenity oasis for residents. The vertical skin of the tower slips over a section of the parking block visually anchoring the building to Piedmont Road.
