This new mixed-use development adds workplace opportunities to the amenity-rich community environment of the highly successful Reston Town Center. Designed for technology-based companies and businesses, the 1-million-square-foot project includes elevated garden terraces, a grand lobby, elevated plazas and walkways, numerous tenant amenities, and plaza-level retail and restaurants. These features answer a growing desire for work environments that are part of active urban surroundings.

Located at the north entrance to the Reston Town Center Metro Station, the twenty-two-acre site will ultimately include nine buildings including high-rise offices, residences, hotels, and additional shops and restaurants. Over seven acres of parks are planned, including a large central park, covering nearly 30 percent of the development.
