The Offices at Southstone Yards is the first multi-tenant, mass timber office building in North Texas and is among the largest mass timber office buildings in the country. The 242,000-square-foot office building will anchor Crow Holdings’ 45-acre, mixed-use Southstone Yards development in Frisco, Texas. In partnership with Gensler, the environmentally friendly office project is anticipated to open third quarter of 2024.

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural daylight into the offices, illuminating the warm tones of the exposed timber columns, beams, and ceilings. The project’s environmentally conscious construction prioritizes a healthy working environment by incorporating shared conference and fitness spaces, hospital-grade filtration, and outdoor terraces on every level with views of two newly created parks. A mass timber stair framed by a dramatically lit preserved moss wall and a sculptural wood base connects two levels of the double-height lobby. An inviting lounge-like conference space, known as the library, provides a refuge for occupants to unwind or gather for events. Three acres of community parks offer a hike-and-bike trail, food trucks and future dining options.
