Mixed-Use Development Project

Monterrey, Mexico

Centered around an outdoor covered plaza, this project is a two-phase mixed-use project in Monterrey, Mexico on a very visible urban boulevard. Two 30+ story towers will rise above a multi-story retail podium with below-grade parking. The towers are envisioned as a pair of iconic buildings with multi-level outdoor terraces and amenity spaces connected by a canopy designed in tune with the local climate.
