405 Colorado St. – This 25-story office building at Colorado and Fourth streets is almost ready for delivery. Almost half of the building was leased in March 2020. Brandywine Realty Trust, the building’s developer, is marketing the property to prospective tenants. The office tower is on track to open in early 2021. Also working on the project are Duda|Paine Architects and JE Dunn as the general contractor.
