Raleigh, NC (February 15, 2023)— Duda|Paine Architects, a premiere international design firm, celebrates the topping-out of the new Class-A office project, One North Hills. The 10-story office tower is immersed in Raleigh’s mixed-use North Hills Main District, by developer Kane Realty Corporation. General contractor Brasfield & Gorrie marked a construction milestone at the topping-out celebration, completing the vertical structure by placing the last beam.
Featuring 266,000 square feet of office space, the dynamic design speaks both to its prominent location on the I-440 Beltline and to the intimate, human scale experienced within North Hills. The building presents an iconic moment along the Beltline with an expansive angled glass volume, which leans out to invite passersby. One North Hills Tower includes ground-floor retail and a generous 2-story lobby connected to various lounge and meeting spaces, conference and pre-function space and a grand terrace.
“The modern design of One North Hills respects the mixed-use district’s pedestrian-paced environment,” said J. One North Hills will be Duda|Paine Architects’ third project in Kane Realty’s North Hills, joining Advance Auto Parts Tower and Bank of America Tower to further expand a dynamic mixed-use environment for workers, residents and visitors.
